Help! Issue with Subscription for Multiple Devices

I subscribed to the Avast Premium Sercurity Multiple devices version, and the subscription info on the web also confirms that I can install the app on 10 devices.

But after following the instruction from the email to download the app and activate it, the subscription info on the app tells me that I can only install on one device. Why is it like this?

Did you buy from Avast directly or from a reseller..?
