I deleted AVAST and my Samsung is FINALLY synchronizing with my phone

Adding "Your Phone" to the exceptions or to the Allowed Apps didn't work at all. So I just DELETED Avast... And... BINGO!!! All works!!! Very disappointed with AVAST. Will try Norton now.

The money paid for AVAST was wasted...
