Unidentified Direct Debits

I just received my Mastercard account for September 2020. It takes that long by air mail to get here in Zimbabwe.

I am puzzled to note three direct debits from Avast and have no idea to what they are supposed to refer. I have loaded on my system only the AVAST free antivirus.

The three entries are ...... all dated 20th August and designated only as DRI*AVAST SOFTWARE

53298732  59.99
69204948  49.99
69124948  72.92

I have despaired trying to raise ACCESS on email. I cannot telephone them direct from here and a letter would take about 8 weeks to reach UK (or Czech Republic).

Perhaps I can move the matter forward by finding out what these items are. Can anyone please identify them from the prices.

Despite the cash having been taken by Access nothing has ever been downloaded to me nor already exists on my system.

I have the same problem, Yesterday I have 47$ payment to avast from my debit card, but I have no idea where from. There is no Specific information redarding this kind of issues
