I am attempting to upload a program for whitelisting, but am unable to. The person who used to work with us is no longer with the company and it seems that the provided credentials from Avast Threat Labs no longer allows us to upload the file to the Avast FTP server. Is there a way for us to reset our credentials to upload our file to the Avast FTP server?
