Using Avast for Remote Control
« on: December 02, 2020, 07:06:01 PM »
When my dad who lived across the country had computer issues, I used to help him by connecting remotely to his computer using AVAST's Remote Connection tool.  Was this option removed because I no longer see the option to request remote assistance?

Thanks, Scott

That feature was deleted a long time ago. I also miss the feature.
There are many other services available. If you're both using Windows 10,
there is Quick Assist which is part of Windows 10 and very easy to use.
