Hello, I had recently an issue. By mistake I have just purchased (less than 30 days) avast premium security and avast anti tracking, however I am not that satisfied with the products.
When I tried to fulfil the form request for refund, I didn't receive my emails with my orders and can't use order ID.
How long does it take for the invoices to arrive?

Just enter/use 00000000 and explain it in your request.
