Can't install.

Today I have my PC to factory reset.
I am trying to download Avast Free Antivirus which never causes any problems.
But when I try to install it, it shows an error.
These are the logs
I cannot start Avast but it is running in task manager.
I also have to remove it from the configuration screen.
He also just creates folders as normal.

Does anyone know how I fix this?

I get same error today on premium install. Had it one one computer worked so paid for premiums so i can put it on my other windows computer. 2nd computer i put it on wont work. Reinstalled it now 4 time, same error as above, logs all show cant some URL invalid

Avast if you can fix this, id like my money back, going to something else
