Why is Avast customer support so hard to contact? Seems like they don't believe in email or customer chat. I'm looking else where when my subscriptions expire. Also, their VPN product continues to to drive my CPU rate through the roof. I'm tired of their uninstall and reinstall fixes. My Avast Premium Security just expired and I'm not renewing. $29.99 for 1 CPU is outrageous. I'll be looking at Bitdefender, Norton or Kaspersky which in my opinion are far better bundles for the price. Had Avast for years and has done the job until now. Issues with their VPN and cost far exceeds other products on the market. Good bye Avast.
