Ok, are you really sending many identical email messages at a time or not?
If you're doing this, you can remove the message opening the residents (left click the 'a' blue icon and click 'detais' buttom). Choose the Internet Mail provider (or Outlook plugin) at left, click customize buttom, go to Heuristic tab of settings and configure your needs. On the help files there are explanations of each option there.

If not, well, you could be infected. So I will suggest:
1) Disable System Restore on Windows XP: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;%5BLN%5D;310405
2) Clean your temporary files.
3) Schedule a boot time scanning with avast. Start avast! > Right click the skin > Schedule a boot-time scanning. Select for scanning archives. Boot.
4) Use a-squared, Free AVG Antispyware, SUPERantispyware or Spyware Terminator (trojan removers).

Sorry but I don't speak english well.
I won't say so... we can understand you.

Strange... are you sure? Can you post the name (and path) of the infected files and the name of the viruses?

In avast I have denied the access to outlook!
Are you sure? avast is not a firewall, cannot block access to anything...

Do you mean that AVG detect the virus and avast doesn't?

and this is the function that I have activated in order not to let out continually the danger messages
Well, you've denied the possibility of download the message to Outlook Express.
This is the Heuristic module of avast mail scanner. It could be right (it's an infected message) or it could be wrong (as it's heuristics, not for sure detection).

It is not true! Avast controls to me however the mail .It examines the email in download .Now I do not have more problems and to me enough. I do not know if Thanks AVG or AVAST, meantime they are active both

Believe me... you'll have troubles sooner or later.
avast and AVG are not compatible, specially the email plugin of AVG and the Internet Mail provider of avast (or both MS Outlook plugins).
Please, avoid conflicts, remove one of the antivirus.
