ERROR setup000000a8 illegal operation

 ???  Everytime I try to run an update for avast I get this error and then it terminates the program. I have been unable to update my virus definitions since I downloaded the first one.  The program will not update itself either. PLEASE HELP  I don't know what else to besides stop using Avast and find something different.

Hi,

may you, please, try to download full exe installer and run it? It should update the older version flawlessly.
