Avast with Merak

I have Merak mail server that comes with avast AV. Since last days Norton Firewall ask me to permit or not the avast.setup or setup.ovr to access the internet. every time that avast get new updates ask me the same things even I choose the permit always option on Nortn FW.
Any suggestion/solution ?

avast.setup is a temporary file created to update avast. It's deleted after the update.
Are you sure that Norton is 'saving' the info to allow it to connect?
What about starting an update, allowing it to connect, close or disable Norton, boot, enable Norton if necessary again.
Sometimes, settings are not saved by the firewall
