Updater Skipping a Driver: Problem?
« on: December 19, 2020, 06:25:03 AM »
Updater keeps skipping a May, 2020 driver for Radeon Software.  My desktop (with Windows 10) is working fine, so I would ignore this, but for one thing.  When I try to open Radeon Software from the Systray, this message pops up:  "Radeon software and driver versions do not match.  Please try again after updating to the latest version(s)."  Easier said than done!  What is this really telling me, and how much does it matter?

Okay, a search of the Internet directed me to this (a search on this site didn't): "Auto-Detect and Install Radeon™ Graphics Drivers for Windows".  That did fix the problem.
