slowly updating virus definition - PART 2

I'm really sorry to open this ugly topic again, BUT... it's necessary.

Let's see:
October 5, 13:43 - sent Ciccarelli virus (2 samples)
October 18, 01:17 sent mail with 7 virus samples
Same date, sent another email with one sample more.

Today is 26 and avast! didn't recognize any of them as viruses.

I work with technical assistance, and a lot of computers from my clients are infected exactly with these viruses.

Jotti and virustotal alerts they are viruses.

avast! sleeps.

very bad.

I was told that the detection of (some of) your files has already been added.
Are you sure the file's are not detected even with the latest virus definitions update??

Hi. My post is from 10h41. At 10h29 avast! was updated to version (643-4) that nothing detects.

Fortunately a new library was released and updated at 17h02 (643-6) - this one detects SIX of them.

Now my virus list not detected from avast! is:
