Avast Browser failing :Failed to load resource: net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT

I use 3 browsers Firefox, Edge and Avast. Only Avast browser is failing to load pages correctly:
Failed to load resource: net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT

Have uninstalled/reinstalled
Cleared cache and cookies. Still the same.
