Avast error message "We`ve safely aborted connection on check.seecurie.com ....

Hello. I deal with this problem near 100 times/day. I even delete my hard drive and reinstall windows 11 again hoping that will be solved. After reinstalling and syncing with chrome this error appears again.
I have licensed Avast Premium Security

The error message : "Threat secured  We`ve safely aborted connection on check.chooseecurie.com because it was infected with URL:Phishing"
Threat type: Phishing
URL: https://check.choosecurie.com/?id.......(here are a lots of digits, you can see them in screenshot

Try clear Your browser history

In all major Internet browsers (e.g., Chrome, Edge, Firefox, IE, Opera), pressing Ctrl + Shift + Delete opens the Clear browsing data window to quickly clear private data and history

Does it still happen?
- If so try starting your browser with apps disabled.

Does it still happen?
If not, one of your browser add-ons would appear to be connecting to this site.
Now it is a bit of a pain, disabling one app at a time to find it.
Start with any app recently added and or apps recently updated.
