I was charged after my cancellation

I had cancelled the subscription for Cleanup before I was charged. I don't know why it automatically renewed my subscription again without any of my operating. It just happened. Please refund that money. Thank you.

You can submit a refund request. If you cancelled close to your auto payment mandate it could have gone through before it was actioned.

If you haven't got the Order ID, etc enter 00000000 and give as much information that you can to help identify it.
