Turn off password manager

I can't log in to a site now.  I have 3 places to enter info to sign into a site I need - Vendor #, User name, and password.  Password manager keeps entering a random password for the user name.  It automatically changes, even when I type in the correct pw for the site, and I have tried on 3 browsers so far.
How can I turn off PW manager?  Can I delete it?

I agree with your complaint.  I hate the password manager because it is always populating with the wrong passwords or isn't populating at all.

Any idea how to disable the whole thing?
