Activation code missing

I have 2 Mac. Each had VPN and SecureLine Premium.
One had a crash.
Now both will not start.
I do not know the code d'activation.The one linked to my email
does " not exist ".
I know that VPN line is paid till 28.7.21
Premium 4.9.21.

How do I activate the apps again??

Your subscription is associated with your @free.fr email. Your activation codes would have been sent to that email address.
