The way of submitting files for the fastest evaluation?

I got some daily malware batches from malwarebazaar and scanned all extractions. Some of them were undetected and after I checked all with hybrid-analysis' file collection tool, I archived only the ones that has at least 1 Virustotal detection. So, how should I submit the samples? One by one or in a zipped file? Is there any way to submit files directly to the CyberCapture cloud analysis for a faster evaluation?

Note that when uploading and scanning files at VirusTotal they are shared with all members at VT

Also when uploading files to VT note the scan date at top right, if old (a cached result) click the rescan button above for a fresh result
