Refund Issue

I have went to the page to request a refund but the page does not work. I answer the questions and click the next button and nothing happens. So, I had to come here because there is no contact email to contact anyone. Is the refund page turned off so if someone request a refund they can't go through the process the request a refund? I am here by requesting a refund in this Avast forum for someone to contact me about a refund. If I do not hear from any rep. I am doing a screen shot of this request and will forward it to my credit card company and dispute the charge. This is a good faith effort to contact someone about a refund. The Avast Ultimate program slows down my computer from 110 mbp to 25 that is unacceptable. 01/25/2021

I'm not sure what page you went to, was it this one ?

Refund request - https://support.avast.com/en-ww/contact/sales_refund, an Avast Software product.  If you haven't got the Order ID, etc enter 00000000 and give as much information that you can to help identify it.

Yes, that is the one I went to, answered/checked the question and hit next, does nothing. I don't get to were it may ask for Order ID/number.

Did you select the An Avast software product ?
Did you allow cookies ?

I did both of those actions before clicking Next, I then get a form to complete (see attached image), and that works for me.

I used Firefox (my default browser) and it worked just fine. 
Do you have any cookie blocking, security, privacy extensions, etc. ?

Thanks for the info. I tried all that. I turned off the VPN and Tracker off,and changed some setting in Avast to except cookies ,tried both Chrome and Firefox same thing. Hopefully a Avast rep. will email me a contact email or phone number I can call. I'll do a search   later and see what I can find. Really was hoping Avast would work for me, I had read reviews about Avast slowing down the speed. 110mbp to25 just not going to work  for me. I even tried changing the VPN server location. not any better and a few were slower.  May try NordVPN . Thanks again for your help.

OK had to do a search and found a phone number to call. Why can't they just have the number on their site. Anyhoo, called the number and requested the refund. Thanks DavidR for the info, hopefully it will help others.

A phone number isn't always available (depends on country), but the support ticket system means requests are dealt with in FiFo order, first in first out.
