Avast block app

Hi,

windows 10.

I download the app from https://www.mikmak.co.il/
The avast premium security block it.

I tried:
Add the app to allowed app
Add the file of the app to add exception
Except URL from Avast Protection
Update Avast Antivirus to the Latest Version
Repair Avast Installation Program
Reset the Antivirus to Default Settings


it still doesn't work

It work only if i disable Https scanning
