Renewing Avast - incorrect renew date on subscription

Hi I have been trying to get Avast to alter subscription date. Paid for 2 years Feb 2019 but date on website is 2021 should be 2022. And secondly got a message - bad girl using it on 2 devices. Well how to explain - my New DELL Inspiration - Jan 20 2020 - first CPU died - then got that renewed after long wait and then it started to just be a pain - finding errors that the auto test by Dell Support didn't find - took a while to get any response - did ask for refund or replacement - no response. So back right now to old Gigabyte running beautifully for 10 years but W7 and cant take W10. Why I bought the Dell. Silly me. Now going to buy another computer - had enough never again buy a Dell! HP I'm told is best bet. My very first was an HP - should have stuck with them eh.
So what to do - let them take the money and then try for refund again?  ::)

Why we cant talk straight to someone to sort out these problems - just an email they could work through and altr details without talking to us OK. Just so as someone there actually knows the problems - or am I just old fashioned? :(

Why 2022..? If you paid for 2 years 2021 would be correct.
