uBlock Origin neatly blocks 'em:
Example: Block Origin has prevented the following page from loading:

htxps://secure.perk0mean.com/

Because of the following filter:

||perk0mean dot com^

Found in: EasyPrivacy

Go back  as Servers show a connection error.
