New beta version 21.2.3165

I'm glad to announce that new beta version is ready - 21.2.3165 (build 21.2.5985).

What's new
- Windows 10 only: Performance recording tool - used to record/report performance problems for our team to look at. You can find it in Settings → Troubleshooting
- Performance improvements in file-system filtering

Fixed
- Scan setting is reset after computer reboot
- Detection dialogues are opened on background when UI is opened during detection

Known issues
- Post update screen is not sometimes displayed
