clrs.pki.goog blacklisted

I use google search. Recently I have been getting Avast warnings that clrs.pki.goog is blacklisted for malware. How do I fix this? Unistall/reinstall of Chrome does not fix.

This site belongs to Google Trust Services however will not resolve and produces a 404,
however it will track you through -www.google.com under ads etc. hostnames
