Everybody, I've just installed Avast Linux home (1.0.6) on my Linux box and strangely it takes near 7 seconds to start from command line
I Incorporated avast into amavid-new for scanning my emails and it takes 6 to 7 seconds for scanning each mail.
It is not a big problem for me because it's my own email server and I receive 200 mails a day (including 90% of spam), but on a bi-xeon machine with 2go of ram it seems very very slow
