Can not find router
« on: February 28, 2021, 05:02:43 AM »
I recently upgraded AVAST and now I can not find my router.  When I use File Explorer I do not see the router or the DROBO connected to it.  I do not know how to correct the problem and would appreciate "step by step" instructions.

? ? ? The router is hardware that's in your house.
It might help if you explained what you're trying to accomplish.

The router is for my network in my house.  My laptop is connected to it wirelessly.  I use File Explorer to verify that my current backup file is in a folder on my NAS Drobo.  I can not find or add my router to the "My Network" Tab in File Explorer.  My NAS Drobo is attached by an ethernet cable direct to the router. Thus all the folders on my NAS Drobo are no longer accessible.  Hope this clears up any confusion.
