Cancel auto subscription to Cleanup - Incorrect Email

Hello,
    I was trying to cancel Avast Cleanup Premium, when I realized the license was sent to an email that was missing a partial of the email address. I was trying to see if the subscription was canceled, so that I can set up the Ultimate deal with everything included, with the correct email. I had a request number and subscription number if needed, but I do not have order number. As I cannot access the email due to it not being mine, or not available.
