Can't switch off to watch TV

The VPN icon has disappeared from my Windows 10 start up screen.  I used this to temporarily turn it off to be able to watch TV.
Tried to do this just now but the icon has gone - how can I put it back?

Hi,

If you don't have a shortcut on your desktop either then you can locate Vpn.exe) here
C:\Program Files\AVAST Software\SecureLine VPN

From here you can create a new shortcut or right-click on Vpn.exe and select Pin to Start
