I have a very big problem with my computer allways when i start it up then always a widow come :

avast ! Warnung ( warning )


malware-name: Win32:PurityScan-AD [Trj]
malware typ: trojan horse


and when i try do delete or the other one then i another window comes:

not able to edit  the file ......
"kann die datei .... nicht bearbeiten "
i dont no what i can do ?? can you help me
