Avast Subscription

Hello,
I buyed a year subscription on 17/02/2021, from that event I changed country and changed paypal, cards and all due to regulations, now i received this mail saying that payement was not possible because there's no money on the card. The issue is: I do not have access to my previous e-mails or account as I though i ended all subs but lacked this. To recharge that card i need to go to Italy, and i have renewed also my hardware so i don't have any pc's connected to the account, so basically, what will happen if i don't pay that renew? will it keep charging it until next year charging me further money? How can i resolve this in this situation? I totally forgot about that subscription and don't have the minimum clue of how to access to all the previous information and cards.
