I've just upgraded from WIN98 to XP-home
I've reinstalled avast using demo license
When I attempt to update I fail and get this on the log:

Avast4 runs ok, just cannot upgrade

Hi,  you're running too old version. Please, update manually to the latest one. Simply download and run setupeng.exe

That'll fix your problem.

I know, we fixed the problem today.

But I still have to ask you to upgrade. This is a message for all those running build 268 and lower: UPGRADE PLEASE.

OK - have downloaded and reinstalled from scratch.
 shows - Build Jan2004 (4.1.342)
