Forgot Password HELP PLEASE ???????????

OK I see there is two passwords used here ok  I need help I remember my passsword to get into my account on web browser just fine. But I cant remember password for software its very weird to me i can loggin to my account from software but still need another password on software to make changes and I can not remember it please what to do as there is no option for forgot password in the box please help

It is not clear if you are referring to the Avast Passwords application (https://support.avast.com/en-ww/article/Passwords-FAQ/) or the password used to lock the Avast Antivirus application.
