You would appear to be infected with something. The only info, in English, I could find was a web site in Thailand and a post in another forum.
The web site does claim to have removal tools, but no documentation that I could see, just a down load. It's called "The Faculty of Public Health, Mahidol University"

All other hits in a google search are Thaiwanese, I think.
The post does have some info in it. It may seem like a post about a hard drive, but further down it deals with the virus.
