You can use the Reporting Possible False Positive File or Website -
https://www.avast.com/false-positive-file-form.php link to report it.
EDIT: Interestingly I didn't get an alert on the main page, unlike yours on the login.xfinity.com link.
Just checked the login link and no block there either.
Can you try that again and when you get the alert click the more details in the alert window as that may help.
