Win32:Trojan-gen. {UPX!}

My computer has this virus, Win32:Trojan-gen. {UPX!} in a file called c:\windows\tvtmd.exe.  What can be done to fix this?

http://www.liutilities.com/products/wintaskspro/processlibrary/tvtmd/ it says it is a security risk. so if you dont have wintaskspro installed on your system delete the file
