Avast Account TO MANY + Activation Issue

So i have few issues and i believe i ask for help before and never really got it... SO Imma try again

Issue 1.
Currently. Avast says i have 110 out of 10 Using same key .. THIS IS IMPOSSIBLE! i want to know why and how... RESET THIS omg.. should only be 3 total.. 2 pc 1 mac
Due to this issue i cant put my key on the PC In the house THE ONES I OWN

Issue 2.
I am getting repeated EMAILS from you guys saying i am not using my KEY! even tho both keys are the same and i am clearly using it... Not sure if i am being double charge and i hope not cuz this would be bull****. I am very and i mean VERY Upset about this also..

Like i said.. This has been going on for month and i have issued a ticket (i know for sure once) and dont recall a response or anything to help me fix this issue... .


WHAT I WOULD LIKE
Seeing my key being used by (3 pc) ... or even reset it so i can right pc on this account
Seeing this email saying im not using my KEY even tho i am stop sending me messages...


PLEASE if you are AVAST ACTUAL support to tech.. that can ACTUALLY do something about my ACCOUNT please.. CONTACT ME ASAP ...
I would hate to ditch this program for another when i been here since the start when avast was free and (Little broken lol)

What Avast Program (with your image, I suspect avast ultimate) and for how many systems ?
Where did you purchase your Avast License ?

If not directly from Avast or an Authorised Avast Reseller it is possible that you have been sold a copy of a license key.

I have always paid here on avast site and its the Ultimate (i can addd who i want up to 10) it should be on 3 systems.. 1 PC (Mine) - 1 Mac (Mine) - 1 Laptop (Currrently hasnt been updated with this yet)
