The only I can think of, is that regardless of the platform, you can't use it for business, organisation, charity, schools, etc. it is solely for Home use.
Given Microsoft's interpretation of what Windows 10 Enterprise version is or whom it is for:
"For organizations with advanced security and management needs."
The bit for concern is the 'organisations' point.
