I can't seem to get rid of this thing ,need help :(

Please give more details. OS, av, other security programs, name of infected file and where, and any other thing you can think of.

If it keeps coming back after you have, and you are using xp, it's probably infected a file in the system restore. If this is the case, disable system restore, schedule a boot time scan, reboot.
