Error code MV3G81

I just downloaded and activated my Avast Secureline. I am unable to use it as the above error code comes on every time. I tried no less than 10 (ten) times. Same result, goes into a continual circling
tornado as if trying to connect, for no less than 90 seconds ( longest was 180 seconds or 3 minutes.) andthe above error code eventually appears andshuts down Secureline. Beyond frustrating, I'm about a nanosecond away of canceling this and all other services I have with Avast.
