New beta version 21.3.3172

Hello, I'm glad to announce that new beta version is ready - 21.3.3172 (build 21.3.6135).

What was fixed
Fixed possible BSOD when we detected some suspicious network connection

Known issues
Passive mode is disabled after 5 minutes in case it was enabled manually
