Error 86 means "The specified network password is not correct."
Please check the Administrator password specified in the deployment task. Is it really correct?

Thanks

And you were using the DOMAIN Administrator password, right? (not the local one)
I.e. HOBBIT\Administrator

Correct  ;D

I have reverified all settings based upon ADNM Admin Guide, and same results.

Maybe the password contains some strange characters? (Like non-Latin alphabet characters)

It's really hard to think of any other possible reason for this... the error code sounds quite conclusively... :)
