Which version for Fedora ??

I am about to  install Fedora 5 ( Rel 14 ) and when I wanted to download the Avast Home for it, the page shows three packages

(a) RPM
(b) DEB
(c) TAR GZ

2. Which package is to be installed on Fedora ??

3. I am totally new to Linux so, please, bear with me.

You should get the RPM package for use on a Fedora system. It will offer the easiest install procedure and integration with the installed software database.
