I’m an Avast customer since a lot of years cause I think you have really good products. But it’s the second time you stole my money using my card number.
I never signed for a subscription automatic renewal. You didn’t send me any message informing about a renewal. You didn’t informed me about the amount of a renewal. I never agreed you to keep my card number. You just robbed me 89,99€ onto my account using my card number.
So, from now, I’ll never use again Avast products and I’ll tell to my students and colleagues to do the same giving them the reason.
I can’t understand this kind of trade politic.

I am sorry to hear that you feel this way.

Avast products are sold as continuous subscriptions. This means that your subscription renews at the end of each subscription period unless you manually cancel it before the next billing date.
We did send the reminder notifications on 3/5/21 and 3/20/21
