Auto-renewal and order ID

Hello,
I'm trying to block Avast auto-renewal.
I thought I had succeed few months ago(email from support@help2.avast.com where my subscription "was alrealdy cancelled").
Unfortunately, i notice a schedulated new charge (picture)

I lost my activation email, and i need the order ID number, to ask for auto-renewal stop.

Contact Sales:  https://support.avast.com/en-us/contact/sales/
If you don't have an order # use 00000000 then explain your problem.
