Hello, I have not yet received an ID number by e-mail after purchasing a premium account, how can I apply for it to activate the premium account?

Witam nie dostałem jeszcze na maila numeru ID po wykupieniu konta premium, jak mogę się o niego starać aby uaktywnić konto premium?
