ADNM/NetServer Netagent error

Ok after a few days I think I finally have everything configured and working except the server that I pushed the NetServer too which is also my ADNM server. After searching the forum I checked the NetAgent Service which was not running, if I tried to run it I get the error:

Could not start the avast! NetAgent service on Local Computer.

Error 3: The system cannot find the path specified.

Should I reinstall the NetServer, I have done this twice so far for other reasons. The last install I uninstalled before i ran it.

Can it be that you didn't reboot the server betwen the uninstallation and the installation that followed?

The thing is, the uninstaller usually can't delete the program files because they are locked. Therefore, instead of deleting the files directly, it tells the OS to delete the files on next reboot.

The problem is that if you reinstall the product before performing the reboot, it install completes OK but next time you reboot the OS deletes the new files (because it was told to do so by the uninstaller)!

Does that make sense?
