So we had purchased the standard suite with 10 lic.  They just hired more people so we bought another 10 from Share it.  I try to install the new lic. file and it says it's going to overwrite the old lic file. But I don't think this is going to solve anything because both of these are only 10 lic file. How do I get a lic file that reflects the 20 lic we have?

It really depends if, when making the 2nd purchase, you specified the same email address as while doing the 1st purchase. If that was the case you'd get the files merged. Otherwise, as Tech suggested, it's best to contact our sales staff at sales@avast.com to get the files merged.

<nods> Looks like I'll be contacting sales. Even though I used the same email address shareit added a -1 to the end of the user account <shrug>
