excuse me I am new with avast home edition...I am dowloading music with lime wire but after a while the line (adsl) fall down...before I was using norton and it was rather ok may be iam wronging something please help me to solve this problem!!!!!!!!!

Welcome to the forum.  :)
It's quite possible that you still have remnants of Norton left on your system and,
this will definitely gum up the works.
