The only instance that i found was in:

c: \ windows\prefetch

Checked it with virus total, none indicated that it has any virus.

Open an explorer window again, click Tools, click Folder Options, click View.

Under Hidden Files and Folders make sure

>  Show Hidden Files and Folders is checked.

Also make sure

>  Hide extensions for known file types is not checked.

>  Hide protected operating system files is not checked.

Look again for c:\docume~1\noel\applic~1\amokda~1\chinsurfpart.exe

This indicates your Java version is out of date, you need to update Sun Java as the version you are running is out of date. Get the latest version, once you have done this, uninstall all older versions from Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs. http://www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp

This congers up bad feelings of the old alexa adware/spyware so personally I would be suspicious of alexa.com

Look for Lop in Add/Remove programs, or run their uninstaller program:

http://66.220.17.157/help.html

The uninstaller itself is flagged as malware by several scanners at VirusTotal, but I've used it myself in the past to remove a lop infection that Spybot/Ad-Aware wouldn't touch, and it did what it promised to do.

No guarantee that it is still trustworthy, though...

This is what bitdefender online scan found:

Worm.Glowa.AI

Trojan.FatObfus.Gen (found in: C:\Documents and Settings\Noel\Application Data\AmokDaleSetup\chinsurfpart.exe)

Backdoor.Pcclient.GV

Trojan.Downloader.Tibs.I

Now we shall see whether I will have more prompts

Did you send a sample to avast, so that they may analyse and update the VPS file ?

Send the sample to virus@avast.com zipped and password protected with password in email body and false positive/undetected malware in the subject.

Unfortunately the bitdefender was set to delete and thus lost the file.  :-[

But anyway I really thank you all for the immediate help that I got from you all. If the problem persist I will post again.

Thanks
